Duration of Contract
- Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals having requisite education, experience, quota and age to fill the following posts on contract basis for one year (extendable for another year, if required) in Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/ Garrisons)/ Ministry of Defence.
- FPSC will recommend a permanent incumbent or the contract appointment will last for two years, whichever comes first. Then ,We will terminate the contract.
Qualifications
Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s (16 years education) Degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject.
Place of Posting
The authorities can post the selected candidates anywhere in Pakistan (Cantonments/ Garrisons).
Age Limit
22-28 years plus give (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit.
Age Relaxation
The authorities may relax the maximum age limit to the extent mentioned below. however If a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one categories, they will only be given age relaxation in one of those categories.
- By 3 years in case of Candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized Tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
- By 10 years (up to the age of 55 years) in case of government servants who have completed 2 years continuous Govt service on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- If a Candidate is a Released or Retired officer or personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, the number of years in service, which is the lessor of the 15-year mark or the actual years served, applies.
- By 5 years in case of Widow/ Widower or Son/ Daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service (On or after 01-07-2005) (Subject to provision of Department office order/ Notification of death at time of Interview).
Selection Criteria
- The FGEI (C/G) Dte will call shortlisted candidates for interview based on written test or grading, as deemed appropriate, according to Government policy.
- Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Quetta Cantts will conduct written tests.
- At the time of the interview, candidates who have been shortlisted are required to present original documents with the date of result declaration mentioned on them (either mark sheet/transcript). in case, any document is found to be fake or bogus at any stage, the candidature of the particular candidate will be cancelled. Even in case of his/ her selection, such fake documents whenever found, will lead to appropriate disciplinary action/ criminal proceedings against such person.
Important Instructions
- We will determine the age and academic qualification of the candidates on the closing date of applications. Candidate must possess educational qualifications and must be within age limits mentioned in the advertisement with effect from the closing date of receipt of applications i.e 03 April 2024.
- The selected candidates must render affidavit on stamp paper that they will not file any appeal for regularization in any court of law.
- Govt servants must produce fresh No Objection Certificate / Departmental Permission Certificate from their department at the time of interview.
- Dismissed/ removed employees of any organization or having criminal record are not eligible for employment in FGEI.
- Candidates whose final results have been announced after closing date of advertisement are not eligible to apply
- FGEI (C/G) reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies after advertisement on need basis
- Incomplete applications or those received after the registered closing date or via courier will not be accepted.
- We shall not send test or result intimation slips through post or courier.
- Candidates should regularly visit the FGEI website and keep their cell number operational to receive information about tests and interviews.
- No TA/DA is admissible for the written test and Interview.

- Download Challan form and pay the charges in any UBL branch .
